Using this site

By using the Not Your Parents' Tour website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but this site isn't for you to use.

We may update these terms as the product grows; the date above tells you when we last did. Continued use after an update means you're on board with the new version.

What this site is (right now)

This is a pre-launch marketing site and waitlist for small-group China trips. Joining the waitlist is not a booking: it costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and commits us to nothing beyond keeping you posted.

No payments are taken anywhere on this site today. If anything asks you to pay and claims to be us, it isn't — close it and tell us.

Bookings (not open yet)

When booking opens, the full booking, payment, deposit, and cancellation policy will be published before we accept a single payment. We're not going to invent fine print before there's something real to print.

Until then, everything on this site — routes, dates, itineraries, and any pricing marked as TBA — is preliminary and not a confirmed offer.

Trips are operated on the ground with licensed local operating partners; the specific operator for each departure is confirmed at booking.

Accuracy of information

We keep itineraries, visa notes, and practical info current in good faith, but things change — Chinese entry policies especially. Always verify visa rules with the Chinese National Immigration Administration or your nearest consulate before making plans.

Practical translation: please don't book flights off a route that says "departures TBA". If you spot something wrong on the site, tell us and we'll fix it.

Your data

What we collect through the forms, how we use it, and how to get it deleted all live in the privacy policy. Short version: we collect the minimum and we don't sell it.

Our content

The words, design, and images on this site belong to Not Your Parents' Tour (or are licensed to us). Don't scrape, republish, or pass them off as yours without asking — the aunties would be disappointed in you.

Liability

This site is provided as-is, for information. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made on preliminary, pre-launch information — see the flights point above.

A full legal pass — including booking conditions, governing law, and dispute handling — ships together with booking launch.
